Terms of Service

Welcome to Lushmango Exports, a flagship export brand of PT Vestara Global Trade. By accessing or placing wholesale orders, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We pride ourselves on direct export accountability and premium cold-chain logistics.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to seasonal harvest availability. Lushmango reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines based on weather conditions. We will always notify you within 24 hours of any shift in scheduled supply.

2. Global Shipping

International air freight shipments are handled under CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to) incoterms. Customs clearance responsibility rests with the buyer; Lushmango/Vestara provides phytosanitary clearance documentation per shipment.

Returns & Quality

Freshness Guarantee

If your fruit arrives damaged or fails our Brix-scale minimum sweetness standard (14+ target), we offer a 100% credit on your next order or a full refund.

Claim Window

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all quality claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 72 hours of delivery receipt.
